Every where technologies has impacted much and changing the life style , working, living and each and every field is affecting by the technology. Technologies is growing day by day and making life more easy and fast. Privacy, security and fast communication is key factors of technology. Technology has affected much to the work place privacy by making able to employer to watch or record the employees work activities without having the prior permission of employees. employees personal details are stored in the computer and it's may possible to hacked by someone. Technology has a social impact between firms and employees because employees may feel that their privacy being breached and may leads to a negative impact on working behavior ,such as loss of respect of management who uses the videos as way to keep the staff in the line.
