1)Anti -Bias education goal is to create a safe, supportive learning community for every child. The main learning form this kind of education system is to be proud of oneself and of the respective families, to respect human differences, to recognize bias, and to speak up for what is right. These are the three things that I have learned and will use in both my personal as well as professional life.

2)The three things that were core learning for me while leaving the class was:

a)values-based principles and methodology in support of respecting and embracing differences.

b)Development of Critical thinking and problem-solving attitude.

c)Respect diversity and understanding the differences and their value to a respectful and civil society and to actively challenge bias.
