Soft skill is related to personal qualities of the individuals like communication skills, ethical values, confidence level, behavior with others, approach towards the problem solving, managerial skill etc.

In the medical field, a doctor may be described as having “poor bedside manner” if doctors are not having proper communication with their patients, not very careful in their approach, poor attention for details etc.

Poor soft kills generally refers if person lacks in one or more of the above mentioned personal qualities related to soft skill like poor communication skills, unethical, low confidence level etc.
