Yes, during one of the client assignment our project manager worked as a Servant leader. Below are some of the traits that stood out the most:

• Ability to empower team members with responsibility and backing them in order to reach each team member full potential.
• Ability to put team member achievements before own objectives.
• Ability to lead through examples and humility in approaching each team member personal and professional problems.
• Ability to encourage and motivate each team member.
