Literacy is very important in a human life. A child should be made familiar with the literary activities so it can help in the later period in their school life. Teachers should assist parents to develop a literacy rich home environment are:

a)Leaving a book besides the child's bed so he can read before or after sleep and make a habit of reading.

B) Reading books loud to the kids help the child to learn language, the pronunciation. It will also help them in knowing new words and adding to vocabulary of a child.

c) The kid should be encouraged in writing, as it can help a child to learn how to frame a sentence and learn how to use it.

d) The child should be handed a play book like a book related to the toy he have for eg. books on dinosaurs or birds if he has such toys. This creates a urge to learn or the students .
