2.2 Briefly outline the difference between void and voidable contract
These are the following difference between void and voidable contact -
1) Void contract is not enforceble by the law voidable contact in which two parties has options to enforce.
2) In void contact parties has no rights and voidable contact party has right but only to the aggrieved party.
3) In void contact party has no rights to suit for damages in the case of non performance. In the case of voidable contact party has right to suit for damages but for only aggrieved party.
4) A void contact is defined in Indian contact act 1872 section 2(j) and voidable contact act in 1872 section (I).
