Here is some common cause of project failures

  • Because of poor governance and leadership.
  • Inappropriate goals and objective of the vision.
  • Team conflict
  • Poor Estimation
  • Poor budget planning.
  • Poor risk management
  • Project racking and management

There are many skills needed for a complex project such as leadership, expertise, communication, collaboration and adaptability. But I need to choose the most important then I will choose expertise. And expertise comes with experience. . Complicated projects are filled with uncertain risks and that may affect the budget, completion etc. Risks are undesired outcomes. Conflicts can also be handled by this skill.
