Answer #1

Performance management systems are an integral part of organizations and it actually helps the organization to understand the performance of the employees in the organization. There has been a lot of speculations regarding the existence of performance evaluation but there is almost no alternative to this system in order to understand the status of the employees and actually reward them or take adverse actions against them because a business organization is here to do business therefore it will look to make the most with less hence nothing can be taken for granted. I believe that performance management system is an effective tool if the process is transparent and actually effective for the organization or else it may also make things difficult if the deserving employees are evaluated in the correct manner. Each and every organization should possess some measures which will make them understand the employees, their performance and what the organization expects from them hence I believe for an organization to perform and maintain quality at the highest, performance management is important.
