I work in an IT mutinational, In my company-
- Cross fuctional teams of millenials, older generations are
formed to bridge the generation gap, so as to incur higher
productivity
- There is an efficient grievance redressal system to resolve
discrimination based issues
- Managers are always present to support every ethnicity
- Employees are given training to embrace every religion, culture
etc. so as to form an inclusive workforce
