The minimum wage policy does not support unequal distribution of wealth because minimum wage policy is the minimum wage that a company or an organization has to pay to all its employees in order to prevent exploitation of employees. This does matter because minimum wage policy is standard in some developed countries which promotes proper worker remuneration.
Unequal distribution of wealth causes social differentiation and this results in one having more money and another person having less money. Furthermore, a social condition promotes differences in accessibility of social provisions. However, such a problem can be resolved through providing equal social provisions for people belonging from all sections of society.
