3) Customer support- Customers can request for a solution to their problem online. For example, if a person recieves a damaged product, they can request for replacement or return online.

4) Recommendations - Amazon uses CRM for recommendations. For example, if a person searches often for fitness equipment, they will recieve suggestions related to it.
