Answer - Unemployment among graduates is rising with inflation coupled economic crisis. There are lot many colleges today, with thousand of degree variations, however, there are very less jobs waiting for them to be joined at the end of their courses. One of the main challenges for educated graduates to get a job, is employers choice of experienced candidates over fresher's and another reason being recession coupled attrition. Thus uneducated employment is a major concern today, and the major way to overcome this challenge is encourage more entrepreneurial initiatives and backing them with enough encouragement and platform to come up with their ideas, and platforms to pitch their ideas for funding.
