Ways to overcome:
Relevant topics should be discussed, with allocation of
sufficient time, neither less nor long
Basic homework should be carried by every participant, so to
deliver best in meeting
Appointment of top management, heading a meeting should be done
very carefully, depending on subject knowledge, relevance to the
issue/ topic, capability and desire to lead
Brain storming should be practised to reach on a solution or
develop one
