Answer #1

Operation smile was made to help people medically. It was a need to start this organisation with a motive to provide excellent health to the people, especially children. Things were also going wrong because of which it felt the need to establish such a society. The situation out there was critical and needed such efforts to bring things correctly. This helped the world to be a better place to live with our healthy and active bodies. Life is uncontrollable. But only through medical and technology has made somewhere possible to cure people. It started operating from the Philippines and success followed then. It also provided free services.
