2. Process oriented, knowledge management system is a process oriented approach where there would be designed work flows to save and use relevant informations.

3. MIS, the knowledge management involves a concept of management information system like storage of documents, contents and informations.

4. Training, an online e training can be provided to the employees with the help of knowledge management.
