A hairdresser who has a small shop went to the Chamber of
Commerce to
get a businessman's ID. The officials of the Chamber refused to
give
him an ID because they told him he is not a businessman. The
hairdresser replied that he has a couple of branches and a
manager.
Explain according to the Iraqi Commercial Law which side is right
and
why the Chamber said that he is not a businessman and the
hairdresser
said he has a couple of branches.
ANSWER
As per the Iraqi Commercial Law, the beautician needs to hold an extraordinary organization name at the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce.
