Students sometime report negative experiences when working with teams, particularly if they have experienced a social-loafer in the group. An interesting argument for individuals' willingness to work and contribute in a group has been posed by Fishbach and colleagues. Answer 1= It is important to have the group identification for the members of the group to get roused as though the individual doesn't recognize itself just like the piece of the group, at that point he won't be comfortable in working in the group and he won't be engaged with the collaboration.

Indeed, the sentiment of group belongingness can vary among the individuals as some may have a higher association with the group while some may need it totally.

The other important elements might be the collaboration, communication, and support among the colleagues, the capacity of the pioneer to lead the group.
