When working for a business, explain why making decisions analytically (Quantitively), is usually a better option, then by emotions, gut-feeling, and sensibilities (Qualitatively)?

The decision making process plays a very important role in business. While making decisions managers have to go through or have to consider many implications.

Thus taking decision analytically is better option because it would have been taken by the managers considering all the facts , operations and strategies. Thus it is usually the better option.

But most of the times people always go by their gut - feelings and sensibilities but sometimes it can give them bad results but sometimes it can also give successful results.

Thus comparing both the options analytically taken decisions always gives great results.
