A wise man once said, "Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about the things that matter." This quote plays an important role in the story. That counts as his words. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said this because it was important to him. This quote is very important to me because without it no one would stand up for what they believe and I believe everyone has a right to listen. We start dying the day we give up the fight we advocate or believe. We all believe in something. Whether it is world peace or an end to hunger or racism. They all need people who are fighting for it. This quote is very important to me because I have been holding on to a lot of recent stories and events. Recently, a picture of a dog with a paper sticking to its snake appeared. I posted my opinion on Facebook about animal abuse and how wrong and inhumane it is.
