In 100 words what does this statement mean to you in the workplace: “Hard work spotlights the character of people: Some turn up their sleeves, some turn up their noses, and some don’t turn up at all.”

One who is ready to do hard work will never stop themselves from trying to succeed. Some people are ever ready to put their hundred percent towards their work. While there are certain others too are no willing to hard work they always look for shortcuts and easy ways. Certain others are not ready to use their opportunities or put any effort from their job. The ones who take up their opportunities and put forward their efforts will always receive returns that boost them to put more. Whereas the lazy ones will never take a chance even when the opportunities knock.
