I believe that in case of being prepared for new competencies and roles I possess the flexibility as I have been quite flexible in my professional career and that is the reason I am aware of so much technologies as a Senior Application engineer. This flexibility in my nature has given me the opportunity to work with more than one technology at a time and made me enabled and competitive. I believe the learning nature that I possess is a positive advantage that I possess and it has helped me in various aspects in my professional career. I have been an individual who has been one of the most effective performer and has been involved with various team as technical consultant because of my hold in various technologies.

The aspect that I need to develop is innovative ideas to minimize work related efforts and automate various activities that I deal with which will help me in my objective to grow and develop as a professional because it is better to automate repetitive task so that there is efficiency that will help the organization and me too. I will need to develop my competencies as an application engineer my working on the strengths as well as on the weaknesses so that I can add value to the role and to the organization more. I believe that development of self interests is very much important and required for an individual or else it wont help the individual in future as the rate of advancement is very high in today's world of business and professionalism.
