I will be taking care of many aspects while building a DB, CRM
or ERP for my business:
The existing infrastructure and resources would be taken care
of.
The requirement of the number of DBs and the number of tables
would also be taken into account and based on that the memory
allocation would be done.
The number of departments would be studied so as to ensure that
every department is included in the ERP and CRM
The level of interaction between the company and the client
would ensure that adequate number of CRMs would be made and
accordingly bifurcation would be designed and implemented.
Also, extensive secondary research would be done and previous
models and trends would also be studied.
