Answer #1

Three Required Inputs to the Creation Process that made decaf coffee a new products are

The first being the water processed that is the coffee beans pores are made to open up so that the caffeine to be washed away. This is done after coffee beans are subjected to pressurized heated water that make coffee beans swollen. The caffeine water is treated with carbon filters which than removes the caffeine and the residue is circulated back to beans that adds flavor and test back to coffee bean

The other being the solvent method where the coffee beans are pressurized and subjected to heated water until it swells and then it is subjected to methylene chloride and ethyl acetate which takes away the caffeine content.

The third process is through putting moistened green beans to pressurized carbon dioxide which takes out the caffeine content and evaporation process is done until caffeine is removed. The coffee beans are then dried.

In all these three process the coffee beans are first moistened and kept at a moderate temperature where it becomes possible for extraction of caffeine from them.
