Section 49 of the Federal Aviation Act (1958) for the airport traffic management, personnel certification, and protection of USA assets. Apart from that, the critical activities that the Federal Aviation Act (1958) conducts are as follows:

  • It has regulated commercial space transportation
  • It has regulated the air navigation facilities by upgrading the flight inspection standard
  • It has encouraged the civil aeronautics to use updated aviation technology
