Following are the strategies of the Nestle company :-

1) Understanding and serving the consumer :- it is really important for our company to understand the consumer behaviour so that they can satisfy the consumer according to their needs and wants.

2) Increasing efficiency :- Nestle tries to increase the efficiency of organisation so that they can work properly to provide the satisfaction to its customers to maintain the reputation in the market.

3) Building on our Nutrition, Health and Wellness :- machhali tries to build health and wellness with the nutritional food products. nursery kids its food healthy so that consumer don't complain and enjoy the food along with the taste and the healthy nutritions.
