Hotel Industry: Hotel industry is mainly engaged in the business of lodging services and food supply services for the travelers. A per my experience gained during last one year is that for the effective hotel business performance, following are the key performance enablers as below

  • Central location in the city / highway / close to traveler locations.
  • Good professional contacts in corporate industries
  • Cost competitive in the given market
  • High promotion and marketing in the region.
  • Quality food and services (value for money).
  • Pick up and drop Service for customers/clients from airports/railway stations.
  • Easy approachable location for the customers.

According to my experience the below property option is a better place for me to work in as below

Property Option: Central location in the city with easy approach for transportation and destinations of customers.

Thus any property which meets the above stated requirement is the great place of property to work for me, because in the hotel industry business, the such central location with easy transportation and destination for customers helps for below benefits as

  • High flow of customers for hotel services which will increases the business for the hotel.
  • High flow customers of customers during the night time as well.
  • Self marketing and promotional tool among target populations in the city and will increase the branding of the hotel.
  • Easy approach for customers to visit to the hotel, as they are comfortable in common place location.
  • Easy to cover the city population as well, at the common place, the people visit is high and high flows of people are happening around the location.
  • Easy to cover traveler population due to ease in transportation and helps them in managing their time during the travel.

Thus for the hotel property, the role of a property is highly significant and it helps in developing the hotel business successfully.
