Answer #1

I strongly feel that capital punishment is not unjustifiable and is not cruel at all. Capital punishment is given to those criminals who have committed grave crimes like murder, rapes etc. , people like these are hardcore criminals and can never improve and hence should not be allowed to stay in the society. Capital punishment also send a a message loud and clear in the society that anyone committing such crime will not be spared by the court of law and will have to face the consequences , gradually because of capital punishment we can expect such crimes to decrease and hence it’s a good way to curb such heinous crimes. It should not be banned at all as this is in many ways helping the society to grow and reduce the number of criminals in the society. Government should make tough laws so as to ensure that I. The long term the crime rate decreases and eventually get over.
