Political Science - New oil pipelines have been controversial even though they are generally a "safer" way to transport oil compared to truck and rail. In your view, should the Keystone XL Dakota Access pipelines be permitted or should they be premanently shelved? Briefly discuss.

In my view, Keystone XL Dakota Access pipelines should be given permission to operate. Many people urge that it will adversely impact the animals and biodiversity of the zone but this challenge can be sort out through proper rehabilitation planning and implementation of sustainable business practices.

It might be possible that drinking water and other challenges might be arised but the social benefits will be quite important than its adverse impact. In my view , this pipeline will produce cost effective results, uninterrupted supply , safer supply etc. It will produce more jobs to the local youths and professionals.
