Performance management helps in monitoring and improving the overall performance of the organisation. This include all the deparments and helps in strategy improvement, developing administration of the company and overall development of the company. All these purposes are equally important for the company because all of them help in increasing the success rate of the company and efficiency of the company. Performance management helps us in identifying problems in the procedures of the company which might turn out to be big issues in future. Hence we can modify them and make them problem free. Hence performance management helps protect an organisation from performance related litigation.
