I feel that decision matrix approach is the worst approach when we talk about decision making Tools and techniques.
In this approach all the options possible regarding a particular decision is stated and because of that a lot of confusion is created which makes it difficult to take the correct decision and hence the end results are always unfavourable.
Objectivity is lost and varied responses are received which results in taking incorrect decision and hence business loss.
Decision tree is a much better approach than decision matrix.
