First let me list some of the examples of racial tensions both
in the United States and around the world, these are as stated
below:
- Racial tensions come with aggression over certain kind of races
by another race(s), we could see black people are discriminated
because of their body color, there are so many evidences, where,
they are discouraged to take role in the job and they are not given
support to help them live normal life.
- Another kind of racial tension could include maintaining
favoritism, nepotism in the workplace, it becomes threat to
diversity.
- People keep stereotype thinking and prejudice on particular
race like tribal people, where, they are decided based on their
race and they are victimized with various stereotype thinking and
prejudice.
- Many improvised races are far away from normal life across
various parts of world and they don’t receive human needs like
shelter, water, foods, and education and health care
facilities.
Now let me list some examples of ongoing violence against women
around world, these are as state below:
- Women are suffering from various abusive practices like
taunting, bullying, molestation and many others.
- Women are bullied in also workplace, where they are considered
based on they have more commitment towards the home and less
commitment towards the profession.
- Women are also victimized with various stereotypes and
prejudice; they need to follow traditional practices and duties as
to survive in the society.
- They hardly could challenge status quo, as some society put
more discrimination on them and they face victimization.
