With the help of diversity, the organization can consider the difference of opinion and provides it the various and , multidimensional perspective to the firm. It also allows the firm to address the needs of the various groups and thus the chances of success of the organization improve as it is not able to address and satisfy the demand and requirement of most of the customers. Diversity also creates harmony among the individual as they start respecting each other and thus reducing the negative stereotypes and personal biases

Revelation 7:9 = This indicates the importance of languages, nation, and individual with a varied background

James 2:1-26 = This indicates that God treats all same without any discrimination and thus the diversity is always cherished in successful communities
