The Zoom video communication publishes neither the corporate social responsibility report nor the sustainability report.

The company does not publish such a report because it a digital communications company with hidden costs and transaction that take place within the company which they cannot disclose through the reports. Furthermore, it is a service-based company and video conferencing services are offered to the customers.
