A weak and negative culture can rode competitive advantages of the company in following manner –

  • A negative culture company has less focus on its work therefore they are unable to deliver quality products or services.
  • A negative culture company has lack of discipline which creates time management problem so they are unable to meet their business commitments on timely manner.
  • A weak culture company has lack of motivation for its employees with reduces the productivity of the company in longer term.
  • Lack of team sprite and maturity between the team members creates problem for company in long run as team members are not ready to cooperate with each other and work in collaboration for common interest of the organization.

All the above are example of weak and negative culture in a company and can rode competitive advantages of the company and company can gradually go out of business. For success of a business it is very important to have positive and healthy work culture to maintain competitive advantage of a company in long run.
