The way corporate culture in an organization works by setting a framework of guidelines that must be followed to ensure that the behavior of employees is in line with the ethical behavior that is desired of them, group norm is exactly the same ,just different in the scope.

A group norm is culture or framework of guidelines that define what is the ethical way of doing things within a group. It helps distinguish the behavior that is acceptable from the unacceptable practices in the group. These members in a group are guided by these norms as they have legitimate power and must be conformed to ensure that the group expectations are met. These norms ,in simple words , defines the ethical behavior in the group.
