Strategic control is a term which is being used by many organizations to control the formation and execution of strategic plans. In other words, it’s a specialized form of management control which can differ based on the management control. The organizational control differ between small business and large organizations as in a small business the organizational control is centralized and taken by just a few people, whereas, in large organizations the organizational control is decentralized and it involves various heads of various departments.
