Ans a. Let's consider a probelm of selling a particular IT product. Through this real life example let's understand the concept and the problem that would arise in journey making and strategic Choice of selling it.

1. Journey Making : This could be easily understood, by the cutomer journey which takes place from scratch till end i.e from generating the interest for the product to it's sale.

The journey starts from where the customer generates an inquiry for the product, and the sales person gives him the brief about it. It's basically targeted to generate an interest for the product in the customer by pitching according to the need and pain point of the customer.

After this the customer is taken to the follow up journey where multiple rigrous follow ups from the agents side to make him take the product. In this journey the customer negotiates and compare with other competitors. The main challenges faced by the agent in this part of the journey is to make the customer convince that the product is cost effective and better than others.

At the end there might be two situations that wether the customer buys the product or he rejects it. If he buys it, then the journey making is considered to be successful.

B. Strategic Choice : Let's take a. real life example to understand the concept of strategic choice.

If suppose, we have to promote this product, homogeneously in the international market. The main challenge we would face can be :

* Make people aware about it internationally.

* Gain trust of the international audiences.

* Make it cost effective for the consumers.

To make a strategy, for this we can develop a strategic choice plan to make this successful.

To make people aware about it - We can run digital campaigns through digital marketing, targeting a specific set of people in the country / state we want to promote.

To gain trust of people - To make this happen, we may get it advertised / promoted through various ad agencies established in that state / country. Please note that the one you choose shoud be well known among the people.

To make it cost effective for the consumers - Firstly, we shoud analyse the market of that particular product in that state and accordingly we have to make modifications in terms of features and pricing.

Soft Systems Methodology :

Let's first understand the concept of Soft system methodology. It basically refers to the approach to model a particular organisational model to bring a management change in that process.

Lets take a real life problem to understand this. Taking a scenario of the private hospital there is much communication gap or say an improper way to make physician and the patient communicate.

To bring a change for a good, we can make some good desirable changes in the system by the following points :

* A skilled nurse can be hired which can built a strong bridge between the physician and the patient.

* Voulenteers can be hired so that they can guide the patients well about the processes.

* A software engineer can be hired to install software and control it

* The number of patients visiting a particular physician can be decreased.

Hence, this problem can be tackled.

Hope this helps !!
