Explain how presentations differ based on the audience for a report presented to a group of managers whose background is in production versus managers whose background is in marketing.

While making presentations we need to make sure that it reaches the audience correctly. We need to prepare it according to the people we are going to present them . Managers of production will need the details like product specifiations and features whereas the managers from marketing should be given the financial and maket value details of the product, This information must be gathered before preparing the presentation and the information which is relevant only must be used in the presentation . If we did not maintain the difference , the presentation will confuse people which will lead to failure of the whole project. Hence the differences must be maintained .
