Employees and patient both are
supposed to have respect and dignity at their respective places
they should be treated fairly and nicely.
They need to be respected
regardless of their race, age, beliefs, sexual orientation, gender
background or lifestyle.
Responsible authorities need to
have concern for the patient and employee’s needs and
feelings.
Patient and employee should be
given proper security and privacy as their certain things should be
private by the top management and does not reveal to anyone
else.
