The locational determinants of labor climate relate to the environmental factors which are connected to labor whereas the locational determinants for Quality of life relates to the factors which influence employee and its welfare. It is important for the organization to retain the workforce. The major locational determinants for labor climate are labor cost and their availability, work ethics and skill levels of the labor, collaboration among public officials and their cooperation and enthusiasm, any type of labor issues with respect to the management, unemployment rate in the local or regional areas and productivity. Whereas the locational determinants for the quality of life are health care and surroundings, economic opportunities, education, local transportation, safety, medical facilities, housing and related costs, recreational areas, etc.
