Who comes to mind when you think of a charismatic leader (may be past or present)? How good a leader are they, do you think, and would you be drawn to follow them? Why or why not?

Mahendra Singh Dhoni (popularly called MSD) comes to my mind when i think of a charismatic leader. MSD is a former captain of Indian international cricket team. He has won all the cups/trophies possible for a captain in cricket. His leadership skills are admired by likes of sachin tendulkar, Brian lara, etc.

I would definitely be drawn to this personality because of the reason that how calm he stays even in the toughest of situations. You will never see any sign of stress on him whatever the situation is, he will always be calm and composed, which can be a great learning in life for anyone.
