With globalisation every organisation needs to welcome different cultures and maintain harmony. Hence it needs to analyse the present situation and plan to improve the situation. Cultural analysis helps in maintaing peace and a friendly environment for all the employees . It gives short term benefits such as completion of projects on time and long term benefits such as improving the efficiency of the company .
