1.       Create a sense of Urgency – It is required to communicate on the need for change effort, stating why it is important for employees.

2.       Change leaders and other key players - It is necessary for any organization for cultural change to be success, leader’s vision play a vital role. Therefore, necessary changes are needed at top level or change of employees who may be act as barrier towards change.

3.       Role modeling – It is needed for employees to adapt their attitudes, behavior and belief to reflect, as per the expectations.

4.       Training – It is needed to train workforce on new norms and styles for behavior, which are essential to bring cultural change.

5.       Change in the reward system – This is effective in employee retention and attracting the talent pool.

6.       Create new stories and symbols – It is needed to motivate employees by demonstrating the positive behavior as per culture change, and make sure the new values appearing from culture change are well communicated.
