In my opinion successful enlisting would depend on the goals of the situational demand. The team may require certain elements which would be useful for their own self-interest but not align with the goals and the scope of the organization as a whole, it is, therefore, necessary for a company to be able to maintain a state where the team’s goals are realized, matched with the goal of the organization and then brought into effect at the time of the enlisting. In this way, it will satisfy both the recruitment as well as the need and become the best possible solution for any given situation.
I believe that the organizational goals and objectives are the primary interest that the employees should possess and individual interest6 of employees should not given much priority in this context. The organization should understand that in order to achieve the organizational goals, the smaller goals need to be realized, defined and achieved and based on that the larger goal will be achieved consequently. It may happen that the individual interests of the team members are not in sync with that of the team's objective of organizational objective and the employee should understand that this is a common area and there is now ay this can be compromised or ignored. As conveyed that the organization and team goals are primary and they should be in sync so that the organization as a whole is successful in achieving the same.
