The US has seen some turnaround in manufacturing industry in recent time, the situation in US has been changed from time when econnomy was down iin recent time. US Manufacturing industry employment has seen recovery in this turnaround in US except the state of California which has not seen much of the recovery in compared to other states. California manufacturing has grown so much slowly in that time since not recruiting that much employees at work. The state has the largest manufacturing base but still its not so active in recent time like other states of US which are hiring and working in great condition. California has the highest cost for land and energy that prevent them recovering and growing further.
