Racial discrimination in the criminal justice system is unfortunately widespread across various regions, cities, states, countries etc and is inherent in the judicial administration system of several countries. There have been many instances in which white convicts are released from jail due to lack of proper evidence against them whereas in similar situations, black convicts are not released and are made to go through judicial enquiry and serve jail time. Moreover even if there is proper evidence against the convicts, white convicts are given relaxed judgement whereas black convicts are given harsh judgement. This is prevalent in most of the cases and is deplorable as well. The situation of criminal justice system must be improved and same rational and judicial decision must be applicable for people belonging to different caste, color, creed, culture, religion, sex, age etc.
