Answer #1

The Enterprise Management System is also called Enterprise resource Project which is a term used to denote ERP of the day. The process allows the business to record every vital day to day transaction within the business as well as outside which is integrated to give real-time analysis of the business data as per the need of the managers. The enterprise resources management is done to review various aspects of the business among the review and evaluation of the past or present of the business organization. The strategic organizational performance is recorded in this way which can be used by the managers to compare the past with the present in various forms like:

• The strategic performance like the market share in a market and its growth on a timely basis as per the plans can be observed and the achievements then help to make sure if something needs to be done is done to get the share and profits.

• The sales of the day before and after an advertisement drive can also be identified which is a strategic advantage for the marketing to modify and get better market share as compared to past to present,

• The manpower needs like the needs of raw materials can also be gained where the quality of output and quantity of performance for the people can be measured to give the business an idea of the operational management,

• The strategic performance of the organization is thus measured alongside the operational areas to make the organization compare a period of past to its present and further get the aid for future planning as well from the system.
