Answer #1

The fundamental philosophy of the quality management is stated as ‘doing it right the first time and better next time, which indicates that the best method of ensuring the quality is to make sure the product quality is matched for the very first time and as the time progresses, the quality can be upgraded.

The same philosophy can also be implemented when we talk about industrialization in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ghana. This indicates that the companies which are into businesses and looking to extend their operational capabilities must focus on 100% quality management so that they can not only save the limited resources but can also help the country to deal with the pandemic.

The industries have to ensure that the processes which they are in involved must be framed in such a manner that any kind of wastages can be overcome and the decision of initiating the business must be rechecked and revaluated before the actual implementation of the business plan. Once the business plan is well checked and implemented with the minimum possibility of any deviation then the focus of the management must be on the strategic development through process improvement and customer satisfaction
