HRM include many responsibilities like staffing, training, discipline, leave and passage, recruitment, performance monitoring, employees relations, counselling, compensation and benefits administration.

HRM have to perform all the tasks which will help out the organisation in order to organise the management of the organisation and overcome the upcoming problems in future.

HRM also include in communication, negotiation and conflict management of the organization in order to provide an ethical working environment to all the employees working over there.

Responsibilities and Duties of HRM

HRM have to serve all the employees as well as all the clients associated with the organisation.

HRM also include in in communicating companies policies and procedures, and promote as much as understanding within the organisation.

HRM have to perform full life cycle of recruiting activities which includes sourcing, screening, drafting offer letter, follow up of candidates, etc.

Staff performance evaluation is also to be done by HRM.

HRM have to identify the needed training and development program for the employees of the organization in order to enhance their skills sets and to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.

HRM have to assist all the organization with all the managers and questions all the queries of employees and provide them regular updates related to their work and performance.

HRM have to develop and maintain employees records.

New hires, termination, transfer and overall status for payroll of the organization are also in under the working area of HRM.

HRM also ensures the performance and compliance with applicable employment law and regulations.
