In large companies everything will be individual and competitiveness will be more rather than values and ethics while in small companies everything is clealry visible and even a small mistake will be shown big. Thi smakes a leader self conscious and prevents them from taking some steps while in large companies the scope for innovations is more. In a large company aleader can take steps without fear of culture as the company's cultural values will be vast.
